For coaches
The programming is already done. You decide whether it is right.
Sageon drafts a full training block from a client’s intake, against published volume landmarks, and hands it to you as a draft. Approve it, change it, or throw it away. Your client sees nothing until you say so.
What it does that a template library does not
Most platforms give you somewhere to store the programme you wrote. This writes a first draft: sets per muscle against evidence-based landmarks for that client’s training age, effort prescribed per exercise, a five-week block with the deload already in it, and every number traceable to a named rule.
Then it keeps reading. Loads move when a client fills the rep range at the prescribed effort. A lift going backwards two sessions running is flagged as stalled rather than pushed. Volume that drifts below the growth floor, a push-to-pull ratio that has gone crooked, a client whose adherence no longer supports what they are being asked to do — those surface on your dashboard, ranked worst first, instead of waiting for you to notice.
You keep the veto on all of it. Nothing the engine decides reaches a coached client without you approving it.
The rest of the job, in one place
967 movements, and your own alongside them
Each one carries its equipment, joint load and substitutes, so a swap keeps the client's history and their volume credit.
Nutrition and meal plans
Targets from their own numbers, adjusted from measured weight change. Your saved meals drop straight into a client's plan.
Habits and check-ins
Weekly check-ins with the answers already summarised, and habits that fill themselves in from the client's phone.
Form checks and messaging
Video reviews, voice notes and photos, in the same thread as everything else you know about them.
Progress that is actually evidence
Estimated one-rep max trends, measurements, photos, benchmarks - and performance reviews drafted from the data for you to edit.
Your leads, not a marketplace
Enquiries from your own page land in your inbox. Sageon never sells your clients anything or introduces them to another coach.
Pricing
Priced per coach, not per client, so a client who trains with you for three years does not cost more each year. First week free, and you can cancel any time from your account — no notice period, no call.
Starter
£24 / month
Up to 10 active clients. Everything above, no feature gates.
£240 a year if you pay annually
Pro
£49 / month
Up to 40 active clients. Everything above, no feature gates.
£490 a year if you pay annually
Studio
£99 / month
Up to 100 active clients. Everything above, no feature gates.
£990 a year if you pay annually
Archived clients do not count against the cap, and nothing is gated by tier — a coach on Starter gets the same engine, the same library and the same reviews as one on Studio. You are paying for roster size, not for features held back.
What you should know before moving
It is new. Sageon has been running in production since 2026 and the coach tier is younger than that. If you need a decade of case studies, this is not the moment.
Your clients are billed by you, not by us. Sageon charges you for the platform. What you charge them, and how, stays your business.
The engine is opinionated. It programmes from published landmarks and it will tell you when your plan sits outside them. If you would rather a blank canvas that never disagrees, there are cheaper tools that do that well.
Try it with one client for a week. If the first block it drafts is not something you would have been happy to write, you will know inside ten minutes.
Card required to start the trial. Nothing is charged for seven days.
